How to make
Put all the ingredients for the layers in a bowl and beat in a water bath until the sugar melts. Add 1 tsp baking soda and flour. Knead a soft dough. Divide the dough into 7-8 equal-sized balls.
Roll out each ball into a sheet, bake in a highly heated oven. Sprinkle the oven dish with flour only. Repeat until you've baked all the sheets. They take about 5-6 min. to bake.
Cream: Stir the eggs for the cream with the sugar, gradually pour in the milk and while stirring nonstop, add the flour. Heat the mixture on the stove until it boils, then remove. Stir nonstop.
Once it's nearly cooled, add the butter and stir until it melts. Start arranging as follows: layer, cream and so on until out of ingredients. You can cover the very top with chocolate, like I did. Put walnuts on the sides and whatever decoration you like.
I grated white chocolate, raspberries and blackberries, plus some bonbons. Leave it overnight and then enjoy!
