  • raspberries - 3.3 lb (1.5 kg)
  • honey - 2.2 lb (1 kg)

How to make

The raspberries are cleaned from their stalks and half of them are mashed with a wooden spoon.

Add a little honey and gradually mix it with the crushed raspberries.

In dry clean jars pour a little of the honey with mashed raspberries, put whole raspberries on top and pour the honey over them.

Press lightly on top with a spoon so that the raspberries do not come out on top. They are closed and stored in a cool place.
