Ingredients

  • layer
  • biscuits - 10.5 oz (300 g) plain
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • almonds - 1/2 cup
  • hazelnuts - 1/2 cup
  • Cream mixture
  • cottage cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g), unsalted
  • sour cream - 1 cup (225 g)
  • raisins - 1 handful
  • powdered sugar - 5 - 6 tbsp
  • gelatin - 1 sachet

  • jam - raspberry

How to make

Crumble the biscuits very finely using a blender. Add the butter and finely chopped almonds and hazelnuts.

Knead all of this and spread it out along the bottom of a tray.

Mix the sour cream, powdered sugar, unsalted cottage cheese and raisins, while stirring until you obtain a smooth mixture.

While you're doing that, dissolve the gelatin. Once ready, add it to the main mixture.

Once the cream mixture is ready, pour it into the tray over the biscuit layer.

Leave in the fridge for about 1 hour to harden.

Then pour on your favorite homemade raspberry jam.
