How to make
Wash the cherries well, remove the pits and cut them into halves.
Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl and add the milk, baking powder and oil to them.
Add the flour in parts until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Add some of the cherries.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan that you have previously greased and floured.
Place the other part of the cherries on top, distributing it evenly.
Place the fruit cake in the oven and bake until done.
Serve it cut into pieces.
