  • mango - 1 fruit (ripe)
  • strained yogurt - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • wild berries - 7 oz (200 g), you can use frozen
  • powdered sugar - by taste
  • orange - 1 pc. peel and juice
  • vanilla - 1 pack.
  • mint - leaves

How to make

Put wild berries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries in a bowl, sprinkle them with powdered sugar, finely grated orange peel and mint leaves.

Squeeze the juice from half an orange, pour it over the fruit and mix gently. Leave it sit for 10 minutes. Peel the mango and cut it into pieces, which have blended into a puree using blender.

Separately, mix the milk with the vanilla and as much powdered sugar as you like. In tall glass cups pour a layer of the mango puree, then a layer of the sweetened yogurt and again a layer of mango.

On top of the ice cream, I have arranged the fruit and decorated it with fresh mint leaves, which I grow myself in a pot.
