  • raspberries - 14 oz (400 g) (frozen)
  • blueberries - 4.2 oz (120 g) (frozen)
  • soy yogurt - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • sweetener - by choice and taste*

How to make

There isn't an easier and healthier way to cool off on hot days than a fresh fruity ice cream.

Use a blender or a good quality appliance that is able to blend the products very finely.

Put all of the products described in the recipe and run the appliance at its maximum speed for about 30 seconds or until everything turns into a homogeneous smooth ice cream mixture.

Adjust the sweetness according to your taste - * choose a suitable sweetener: stevia, agave or about 3.2 oz (90 g) of brown powdered sugar.

Distribute it into bowls and store the raspberry ice cream in the freezer for about 1-2 hours to set even more.

If the ice cream has been in the freezer longer, remove it a few minutes before serving to allow the healthy raspberry ice cream to defrost slightly.
