How to make
Homemade raspberry ice cream with mint - a favorite of the whole family.
Beat the cold cream with a mixer and mix with the condensed milk using a spatula.
Mash the raspberries along with the fresh mint leaves.
Pass the raspberry puree thus obtained through a strainer to remove the seeds from the raspberries.
Add the raspberry syrup to the obtained puree.
Since condensed milk is very sweet, if we want it to have a more sour taste, we can skip adding the syrup, which enhances the raspberry aroma and for more freshness we can add a larger amount of raspberries.
Mix the cream mixture with the raspberry puree until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Place in a deep box with a lid and freeze for at least 3-4 hours.
Serve this wonderful homemade ice cream with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
