How to cook
Caramelize the nuts with 2-3 tablespoons of the sugar. Pour them onto greased foil. Allow to cool, transfer them to a plastic bag and crush them.
Beat the cream and gently mix in the whites, yolks and caramel. Spread the mixture in a suitable form and put it in to freeze.
When serving the nougat ice cream, cut it into pieces and serve decorated with berries.
