The Oreo cookies are placed in a bag and a rolling pin is used to crush them. Grate the milk chocolate with a grater.
In the whipped cream add the cookies, chocolate, vanilla sugar and mix everything well.
Pour the resulting mixture into a plastic container with a lid and put the dairy ice cream in the freezer for several hours, until it hardens.
Using an ice cream scoop, shape the balls of ice cream and serve them.
