How to cook
In a saucepan, melt the sugar, until it caramelizes and add the cherries.
Stir, until the caramel melts.
Remove it from the heat and allow it to cool completely.
Put the cream, coconut sugar and cherries in a blender.
Beat at high speed, until a smooth fruit ice cream is obtained.
Transfer into a bowl with a lid and leave the cherry ice cream in the freezer overnight.
