How to make
In a medium-sized bowl, pour the blueberries, sugar and water.
Put cling film on the bowl and put it in the microwave for 4-5 minutes.
Blend the blueberries, until a smooth mixture is obtained and strain it.
Leave it to cool at room temperature.
In a large bowl, mix the cold cream, until it thickens.
Slowly add the condensed milk and stir, until a smooth and soft mixture is obtained.
Pour the blueberries into the mixture for your favorite fruit ice cream.
Transfer it into a container, which is suitable for a freezer and freeze the blueberry ice cream for at least 6 hours.
