Beat the melted vanilla ice cream with the mascarpone and powdered sugar well. Mix the rum with the milk, dip the biscotti in it carefully. In a suitable tray, arrange a row of biscotti.
Distribute half the cream on top and put it in the freezer to harden. Then repeat the procedure with another row of biscotti and cream. Put it to solidify once more.
Sprinkle the prepared tiramisu ice cream with grated chocolate, a little cocoa, or mocha coffee.
