Ingredients

  • confectionery cream - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • condensed milk - 1 cup (250 ml) sweet
  • peaches - 2
  • vanilla essence - 1 tsp.

How to make

Wash and peel the peaches. Remove the stones and cut them into small pieces.

Place them in the blender jug and blend until smooth (with no lumps).

Place the cream and vanilla in the mixer bowl. Beat with the mixer.

If you notice that it is starting to thicken, add the condensed milk and continue to beat until fluffy.

Transfer the cream into a plastic bowl with a lid.

Add the peaches and stir the homemade dairy ice cream.

Close the lid and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 night to set.
