The kiwi, apple and lemon juice are beaten together. Add the orange peel.
The resulting mixture is left in the freezer to set, then it is whipped until it turns into a fluffy ice cream.
Place it back into the freezer until it sets. Leave it at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving.
