  • coconut milk - 1 box (with a higher % fat content)
  • bananas - 1 pc.
  • coconut shavings - 1 tbsp. optional

How to make

Leave the coconut milk in the fridge overnight to separate the milk from the water.

Peel the banana, cut it and place it in a plastic bag. Freeze it for 24 hours in the freezer.

Open the tin of milk and scoop out only the white part with a spoon.

Place it in a food processor or blender.

Add the banana (we put it as a sweetener and replace the sugar) and the coconut shavings (optional).

Beat the fruit ice cream on high speed.

Transfer it into a suitable bowl with a lid and leave it in the freezer overnight before serving the coconut vegan ice cream.
