How to make
The stevia I use is 1:1 with sugar.
Grab the coconut milk and give it a good shake. Put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours. You will see how it turns from a liquid state into a thick coconut cream.
In the video I have shown the difference in the consistency of coconut milk. If it is thicker on top, stir with a spoon until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Cream cheese and sweetener are added to the thick coconut milk. Mix well with a whisk, not a mixer. A very nice keto cream is obtained.
You can use this cream in many different ways.
Add cocoa powder and you have a delicious cocoa keto cream that you can eat as it is, use for keto cake or turn into keto ice cream.
Add fruit or fruit jam.
Add nuts, chocolate.
The improvisations can be anything.
Put the cream in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Then garnish it to your liking. I added walnuts and fresh fruit to the Keto Coconut Milk Ice Cream.
