  • ice cream - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • cornflakes - 1/2 cup
  • starch - 1/2 tsp.
  • sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • coconut shavings - 2 tbsp.
  • milk
  • oil - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Using a spoon, form balls, which we keep in the freezer for at least an hour. In a blender, blend the cornflakes along with the coconut shavings and sugar. Blend the mixture very well.

Beat an egg in a bowl and dissolve the starch in it.

Take the ice cream balls out of the freezer, dip them first in the egg mixture and then in the dry mixture. Put it back in the freezer for another hour.

When we decide to serve the breaded ice cream, also beat the other egg. Put oil in a vessel and wait for it to heat up well.

After it is ready, dip the ice cream in an egg and fry it. Frying lasts no longer than 3-5 minutes.

A golden color should be obtained on the breading. Serve immediately.

Any kind of ice cream can be used and when served it can be served with a different type of topping, honey or nuts.
