The milk is boiled and left to cool to 100°F (37°C).

The cream is beaten with a mixer until it thickens and is mixed with the help of a spatula with the cooled dairy vanilla cream.
Transfer the homemade dairy ice cream into a freezer-safe container with a lid and leave it for a few hours to harden completely.
The homemade creamy vanilla ice cream is served in cups or bowls, garnished with mint leaves and your favorite jam or honey.
