How to make
Mix the two types of milk and add the whipped cream (don't beat it too much) and the vanilla.
Stir well. Leave it in the freezer, stirring every two hours with a wire whisk (I did this twice every two hours).
Then I divided it into two parts in two boxes - in one I added about 7 oz (200 g) of pureed strawberries (by mixing very lightly) and the apricot puree in the other.
I left the dairy ice cream in the freezer until it was completely frozen.
The egg-free homemade vanilla ice cream is ready.
