How to make
Beat the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and milk.
Boil over low heat until the mixture thickens /like a paste/ while stirring continuously. Let it cool completely.
During this time, whip the cream until peaks form.
Leave it in the refrigerator to harden.
Add the cream to the cooled cream, mix carefully, pour the homemade dairy ice cream into a box and put it into the freezer.
If desired, decorate the easy homemade vanilla ice cream with raspberries or other small fruits.
