Ingredients

  • strawberries - 1 lb (450 g) (or other similar fruit)
  • honey - 3 oz (85 g)

How to make

Clean the strawberries from their stalks.

Cut them in half.

Place them on a suitable tray lined with baking paper on top and place it in the freezer for a few hours.

Then put them in a blender or food processor along with the honey and blend until they are completely blended and the mixture smooth.

Pour into a suitable container and freeze until the ice cream (sorbet) is ready.
