How to make
Grate the chocolate, cut the mint finely. Boil 4/5 cup (200 ml) of water, add the sugar and boil the mixture on low heat until the sugar fully dissolves. Let it cool completely.
Clean the strawberries, set aside a small portion of them for decoration, blend all the rest. Add the sugar syrup, lemon juice, finely chopped mint and grated chocolate. Leave in the freezer for 1 hour.
Take it out, beat with a whisk and leave for 1 more hour. Before serving, form balls using a spoon dipped in hot water. Decorate with whole strawberries.
