How to make
Pit the cherries, sprinkle them with sugar and put them in the fridge overnight.
Blend and strain them through a strainer or cheesecloth.
A fruit puree is obtained, to which we add the other ingredients - condensed milk, lemon juice, salt and bourbon.
Stir, until everything is combined and add the chocolate towards the end.
Pour the mixture into a container with a tightly closing lid and store it in the freezer.
If you want to serve the sorbet to children, skip the alcohol.
The cherry and chocolate sorbet is ready.
