How to make
Pit the cherries and grind them in a chopper or blender, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Mix the white wine, freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey, stir until it is completely melted and the mixture is homogenized.
Mix the two mixtures in a metal, if possible shallow and wide container (tray) and place it in the freezer.
Stir periodically - every 10-15 minutes and the mixture should not freeze completely, but instead it should be like a slushy.
Serve the sorbet in suitable bowls and garnish it with cherries - this is a refreshing suggestion for the summer!
