How to make
Dissolve the sugar in the water on low heat. Remove from the heat and allow the mixture to cool.
Beat the strawberries with a mixer or food processor. Strain them through a sieve. Mix the puree and lemon juice with the sugar syrup. Pour the sorbet into a tray and freeze for about 5-6 hours, stirring the mixture every 2 hours.
Shortly before serving, stir the sorbet with a fork. Serve in glasses.
