How to make
Shear melon, remove the seeds and peel and cut it into pieces. Mix the melon pieces with sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Blend in a blender until you get a uniform mixture. Pour finished mixture into a suitable container and freeze for 2 hours in the freezer.
Remove, mix and put it back again. Repeat at least 3 times, then leave the sorbet in the freezer until serving it.
