How to make
Put the frozen fruit, lime peel, condensed milk and cream in a blender. Blend, until a nice cream is obtained.
Pour the mixture into cardboard cups and store them in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
Before serving, the cups are placed in warm water for a second, so that the sorbet can come out more easily.
Note: This is not the typical ice cream, that you expect - it is extremely tasty and refreshing for summer days.
It can be prepared only with strongly condensed milk, mango and passion fruit, melon and mint and if it is made with a banana, add a tablespoon of high percentage cocoa and sprinkle it with chocolate.
The Strawberry Sorbet is ready.
