"Refreshing pleasure for the hot days, when the temperatures are high and youre in a summer mood"

Ingredients

  • frozen fruit - 10.5 oz (300 g) strawberries, raspberries or other fruit
  • confectionery cream - 5 fl oz (150 ml) high percentage
  • sweet condensed milk - 0.9 lb (400 g) 1 box
  • lime peel
  • powdered sugar - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Put the frozen fruit, lime peel, condensed milk and cream in a blender. Blend, until a nice cream is obtained.

Pour the mixture into cardboard cups and store them in the freezer for at least 6 hours.

Before serving, the cups are placed in warm water for a second, so that the sorbet can come out more easily.

Note: This is not the typical ice cream, that you expect - it is extremely tasty and refreshing for summer days.

It can be prepared only with strongly condensed milk, mango and passion fruit, melon and mint and if it is made with a banana, add a tablespoon of high percentage cocoa and sprinkle it with chocolate.
