How to make
Pour 1 cup of water and the whole amount of sugar in a suitable pot and cook on a heated hob.
When the sugar has melted, remove it from the heat and leave it to cool.
Peel the kiwi, cut it into cubes and blend it.
When the water with the sugar has cooled, mix it with the kiwi and add the remaining water and cider.
Pour the fresh sorbet into a plastic container and leave it in the freezer. After about an hour, take it out and mix well. Place it back into the freezer for another two hours.
Serve the kiwi sorbet semi-chilled.
