How to make
Peel the apples, clean them from the core and seeds and cut them into large pieces. Put them in a blender and add the freshly squeezed juice of 1 lime.
Puree the mixture for 4-5 minutes, then mix with yogurt. In a separate dry container, mix the egg whites and powdered sugar, they are broken down into thick snow.
Carefully add them to the apple-milk mixture. Finished mixture is poured into appropriate containers (which may be cups), each of which gets a wooden handle and frozen in a refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
