How to make
Mix the water and sugar. Parboil the peaches with boiling water, peel them and cut them into pieces. Put them in the water with the sugar and let the mixture come to a boil.
Lower the stove and let everything boil 10 min. on low heat. Blend. Squeeze out the juice from the lemons and add it to the blended peach syrup.
Leave the lemonade to cool completely and put it in the fridge for 1 hour. Add the finely chopped mint and serve.
