Ingredients

  • apples - 2 pcs.
  • oatmeal - 2 tbsp. (25 g)
  • coconut milk - 9 oz (250 g)
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • protein powder - 1 tbsp. (vanilla flavored)
  • coconut shavings - 1 tbsp. (large dried strips)
  • water - 4 - 5 tbsp. (mineral water)
  • cocoa powder - for sprinkling

How to make

Peel and slice the apples and put them in a blender. You can leave them with their peel for more vitamins.

Add coconut milk, honey, protein and oatmeal to the apples and the best option is to use fine oats.

Switch on the appliance for 50 seconds to 1 minute at maximum speed. Test whether everything is blended finely enough and if not, repeat until you get a perfectly smooth smoothie.

Dilute it with water, only if necessary, because it depends on how juicy the apples you have used are.
