How to make
Peel and cut the apple and banana into small pieces.
Put the honey, ricotta, oats, milk, fruit and cinnamon into the blender/food processor.
Close the lid and blend on high speed for 30-40 seconds.
Turn it off and wait a while. Repeat the procedure several times, so that everything is well blended and mixed.
Pour the smoothie and serve it in glasses.
The smoothie with banana, apple and cinnamon is ready.
