How to make
A blender is used for this healthy smoothie.
Put the peeled and sliced pear and banana in a blender.
Add the yoghurt and milk to them.
Turn on the blender to blend and when the mixture is ready, add honey.
A smooth mixture is obtained.
Distribute the banana smoothie into glasses and sprinkle it with cinnamon.
Serve the banana smoothie with pears and cinnamon.
