Ingredients

  • milk - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • pears - 12 oz (350 g)
  • honey - 3 tbsp.
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • cardamom - 1/3 tsp.
  • ginger - 1/3 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp. freshly squeezed

How to make

The pears are cleaned from the seeds and stalks, they are cut into small pieces and placed in a blender.

Add the melted honey and the spices - cinnamon, cardamom and ginger. Everything is blended, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

If necessary, the mixture can be strained through a strainer to make sure that there are no pieces of fruit left.

Add the lemon juice and finally the milk, which must be cold.

Everything is mixed again and distributed in glasses. Garnish the smoothie with pieces of the fruit.
