How to make
On low heat, mix the brewed coffee, sugar, chocolate syrup and anise extract in a pot.
Place the cinnamon and cloves in a cheesecloth. Shape it into a bag and tie it to the handle of the pot so that the spices are dipped in the coffee.
Boil everything under a lid for 1 hour on a low heat. Then leave it to cool for 10 minutes and discard the spice bag.
Pour the mixture into coffee cups and put a cinnamon stick in each cup if you like. Serve the coffee with suitable coffee biscuits.
