How to make
I used brown sugar. The spices, which I used, such as basil, rosemary, thyme were frozen.
Fresh ones can be used, dried herbs or frozen, like the ones I used, except for the oregano - I used the dried herb.
All products are poured into a food processor or blender. Blend them into a puree. The pizza sauce is ready to be used.
The amount of sauce is for 6 pizzas and can be refrigerated for up to 3-4 days.
A sauce with a wonderful taste is obtained, which is also suitable for roasted meat, sandwiches and vegetable salads.
