How to make
Wash the potatoes, peel and chop them coarsely. Grate the onions and carrots and stew them in the oil with a little water.
After softening, add the cut into small cubes pepper, and the tomato paste with a pinch of sugar. After 2-3 minutes, add the potatoes and top off with water. Once the water comes to a boil, add the broth cube and stir. Leave it to continue boiling.
After 10-odd minutes, add the spices and boil until the potatoes are ready. If necessary, add more water. If the stew is too watery, add a little flour, diluted with a little water.
Serve with finely chopped parsley (the parsley can be added during cooking as well).
