How to make
The potatoes are cleaned, washed and placed whole (if small) or cut in half (if large) in a deep frying pan with heated fat to fry.
Cover them with a lid and continue frying them at medium heat and stir the potatoes periodically.
When they soften and start aquiring an appetizing color, add the salt, paprika, turmeric and nutmeg.
Finally, just before they are ready, add the finely chopped garlic and fresh dill.
For a more spicy taste, I added a pinch of cayenne pepper, which is optional.
The fried fresh potatoes with aromatic spices are ready.
