  • broccoli - 1.1 lb (500 g) one medium - sized head
  • For the breading
  • salt
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • flour - 3 tbsp.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • For the sauce
  • yogurt - 9 oz (250 g)
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
  • salt

How to make

Clean the broccoli and separate it into medium-sized pieces. Wash them and boil them for about 5 minutes in salted water.

Strain them and make the breading in the meantime. Beat the eggs well with a wire whisk, the oil, as much salt as you like and add the flour.

Stir well, so that there are no lumps. It should be quite thick to cover the broccoli pieces well.

When they are strained, dip each piece and put it in heated oil to fry, until it aquires a golden color.

When the broccoli pieces are fried, place them onto kitchen paper, which will absorb the excess fat.

Serve them in a large plate with the sauce.
