How to make
Peel and chop the potatoes into round slices. Put them into a bowl, add the vegetable mix, salt, black pepper and finely chopped garlic. Add 1-2 tbsp oil and stir well. Arrange the potatoes in a suitable tray.
Put the seasoned legs in the middle, pour in a little water. Cover with foil and bake at 390°F (200 °C) for 35-40 min. Toward the end of baking, remove the foil and let the dish crisp. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Prepare a mix of vegetables by finely chopping onions, leeks, celery, carrots, red and green peppers. Mix everything well and distribute into plastic bags, put them in the freezer for later use.
