  • pineapple - 1/2 (400 g) well ripened
  • plums - 5.3 oz (150 g) red or blue
  • crushed ice - 100 pcs.
  • water - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • agave syrup - 3 - 4 tbsp. (optional)

How to make

Peel the pineapple and remove its hard core. Cut it into pieces along with the plums, which you have previously pitted.

Put the fruit in a blender or food processor and add ice along with them.

Turn the blender on at a maximum speed for about 40-50 seconds to blend everything to the smoothest possible consistency.

Pour the water and sweeten it if necessary (depending on the sweetness of the fruit).

Turn the appliance on once more at a medium speed and pour the nectar you prepared into cups and serve it.
