Ingredients

  • broccoli - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • yogurt - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • salt to taste

  • red pepper - 1 tsp. leveled

How to make

The broccoli is cut into medium-sized roses and blanched in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes. Drain well, place on a plate.

In the yogurt, add the crushed garlic cloves, salt to taste, and stir.

Put the broccoli on the plate. Heat olive oil in a small pan and fry the red pepper, maybe with a pinch of hot pepper, if you like.

Pour the yogurt on top of the broccoli and serve immediately.

A quick, tasty, and light dinner or lunch for working housewives, without counting calories and worrying about your figure!
