Ingredients

  • whole grain flour - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • water - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • fresh yeast - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • cumin - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • oil - 15 tbsp.
  • poppy seeds - 3 tbsp.
  • sesame seeds - 5 tbsp.
  • sunflower seeds - 8 tbsp. raw and peeled

How to make

The yeast is dissolved in the slightly warm water and the salt and sugar are dissolved in it.

In another bowl pour the whole grain flour and the rest of the dry ingredients and mix. After they are mixed, make a well into which you pour the liquid mixture that we have prepared beforehand, add the oil and knead.

Divide the kneaded dough into two parts, take one and roll it out, then cut it into strips and if we want, we can twist them to make a more interesting shape.

Then we do the same with the second part of the dough.

Bake the crackers at 390°F (200°C) in a preheated oven.
