How to make
Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and boil them without them mashing together. Fry the sliced Vienna sausages in oil with the finely chopped leeks.
Add the cooked and drained potatoes. Stir and pour into a baking dish. Pour in the beaten eggs, milk and salt. Bake in an oven preheated to 360°F (180 °C) for 20 minutes.
When finished, sprinkle with black pepper.
