How to make

The pork leg is washed and cut into not very thick pieces. The salt is evenly spread over the pieces of meat.

It is placed in a plate or tray and covered with cling film. It is left like this in the refrigerator for 7 days. After the seventh day, it is taken out and without washing, it is smoked with the spices, which should be finely grinded.

Each piece is pierced and a hook is placed through it, with which it is hung in a cool and ventilated place.
