Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs. large
  • egg whites - 2 pcs.
  • cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g) grated
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp.
  • turmeric - 1 pinch
  • tuna fish - 1/2 tin
  • olive oil - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • mozzarella - 3.5 oz (100 g) grated
  • tomato puree - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Beat the eggs and whites with a fork. Add the salt, grated yellow cheese, baking powder and turmeric.

Mix and pour it into a Teflon pan greased with half of the olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes in the oven.

Then take it out, immediately spred it with the remaining olive oil, then with the tomato puree, distribute the tuna and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

Bake the casserole for another 15 minutes, until it aquires a golden color.
