How to make
Heat the oil in a saucepan. Fry the chopped smoked meat to a light tan. Add the chopped onion and garlic. After 10 minutes, sprinkle with paprika, stir and add the tomato blend.
Allow to boil until slightly reduced. Season with soy sauce, a pinch or two of sugar and other spices. Serve the quick dish for dinner with some crushed fresh parsley and chopped chilli.
If you don't want it spicy, substitute the chili pepper with a regular pepper.
