How to make
Put the chicken steaks in a bag, then tenderize them lightly, enough to thin them out. Put them next to each other in an oven dish, sprinkle with black pepper.
In a bowl, put cooking cream, grate the parmesan and crumble the blue cheese. Season with a little black pepper, powdered garlic and nutmeg and stir.
Pour this mixture over the meat and put the oven dish in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for 30 min.
Grate the Mimolette and cheese on a grater.
Take the oven dish with the meat out and sprinkle Mimolette and cheese on top generously.
Put the oven dish back in the oven and bake until the cheeses melt - about 10 min.
Finally, sprinkle with parsley if desired.
For this recipe you can also use chicken fillet instead (based on your preferences).
