  • macaroni - 9 oz (250 g)
  • butter - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • mozzarella - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • gouda - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • feta - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • brie - 3.5 oz (100 g)

Boil water in a pot, add 1 tbsp. oil to water. When it boils, pour the pasta and boil for 7-8 minutes, stirring regularly. When they are done, strain them and leave them in the pot while you make the macaroni sauce.
